About this site and a little about me …
How it came about
All I originally planned was a simple frontend for quickly checking the status of my wallet. That became today’s Wallet Status tool. I later made it available to friends, and over time further features were added.
Guides and basics
Along the way I found that a step-by-step guide makes getting started much easier, as does a short explanation of the key terms. The focus is therefore on keeping everything simple and well structured.
For a deeper look at individual topics, there are many sources available today, such as web search, YouTube, social media or AI assistants. The topics here are therefore deliberately kept concise and provide an initial overview.
Relationship with AlpsCon
I use AlpsCon as a regular user. This website is a private project, is not operated by AlpsCon and does not constitute investment advice.
About me
I have been working as an IT consultant for more than 25 years. Working on and with IT systems has been part of my life throughout all these years, as has the enjoyment of developing solutions and explaining complex topics in an understandable way. AI-based tools make a project like this far easier to build today than in the past, when every step had to be done by hand and every line of code typed in yourself. Even so, a considerable amount of time has gone into it.
