2. No cookies, no tracking
This site does not set any cookies and does not use any analytics, tracking or advertising services. Fonts and all other content are loaded exclusively from my own server; your browser does not contact any third parties.
Only two display settings are stored in your browser (localStorage): the selected color mode (light, dark, system) and the Wallet Status view (simple or advanced). These values never leave your browser, and you can delete them at any time in your browser settings.
3. Hosting
The website runs on a server operated by netcup GmbH, Emmy-Noether-Str. 10, 76131 Karlsruhe, Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with netcup; processing takes place in data centers within the EU.
When you access the site, your IP address is processed technically in order to deliver the site and to protect the server against overload. Access is not logged and your IP address is not stored. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Wallet Status
When you enter a wallet address, the server retrieves the public data for that address via a public BNB Smart Chain endpoint operated by Binance (bsc-dataseed.binance.org). Only the wallet address is transmitted, not your IP address. The address is cached in the server's memory for 30 seconds and is not linked to you as a visitor.
5. History data of participant wallets
To display histories, the server stores the public values of all wallets participating in the AlpsCon contract: the token balance daily, and locked tokens, rewards and distributions weekly after each distribution. The data comes exclusively from the public blockchain and is retrieved via Binance's public endpoint (see section 4) and the NodeReal service.
Wallet addresses themselves contain no information about the identity of their holders. As a rule, an address can only be attributed to a specific person by third parties with access to additional information, in particular crypto exchanges and authorities, or if the person concerned has disclosed the address themselves. Since such attribution cannot be ruled out, wallet addresses are considered personal data within the meaning of the GDPR.
The purpose is to display the development of individual wallets and of the pool as a whole. The legal basis is legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is stored for 5 years and then deleted automatically. It may remain in backup copies until these are deleted automatically after no more than 6 months. When a backup is restored, wallets whose storage has been objected to are removed again immediately.
If you do not want the values of your wallet to be stored, you can object at any time. Since a wallet address does not reveal who owns it, proof of ownership is required. To provide it, sign a short message with your wallet, for example using the "Verified Signatures" tool from Etherscan or BscScan, with the following text:
I am the owner of wallet [address] and object to the storage of its data on ai-crypto.trade. Date: [today's date]
Send the text, the wallet address and the resulting signature to contact@ai-crypto.trade. Signing is free of charge, does not trigger a transaction and does not grant any access to your wallet. Once verified, all stored values of the wallet will be deleted and no longer recorded in the future.
6. Contact by email
If you write to me, I process your email address and the content of your message in order to answer your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). Messages are deleted once the matter has been dealt with. The mailbox is operated by Proton AG, Route de la Galaise 32, 1228 Plan-les-Ouates, Switzerland. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Proton. Switzerland is covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To exercise these rights, contact contact@ai-crypto.trade. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (www.dsb.gv.at).
